Praying during persecution in Bucovina, Romania

The church has gone through difficult times throughout history. In Romania, too, there were times when Christians were persecuted, when church meetings were restricted, and when people gathered for prayer, they had to do it in secret. Whats more, Bibles, Scripture study books and Christian literature were scarce, but they were also considered contraband merchandise. Some veterans of the faith from the Bukovina area remember those hard times.
